Return Policy

Blue Eye is happy to offer full returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please login into your account and request a return.

Once approved, you will receive a return label sent your email. Note you have 7 days from receiving the label to ship the return. Any items shipped past the 7 days will not be processed. 

Please note Blue Eye is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of being marked delivered for a full refund back onto the original payment method. Note, there is a $8.00 return fee to cover shipping. 

Returns initiated after 7 business days will be issued a store credit.

After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of wear.

All international sales are final.

Damages and other issues?

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to find a solution. Please include photos (if applicable) to expedite the process.
