What are your sunlasses made from?

All our frames are made from acetate or metal frames.. Acetate is a superior material to make glasses from as it is extremely durable, long lasting, lightweight, comfortable to wear and can produce high quality finishes, designs and colors.  

All our frames have polycarbonate lenses. Polycarbonate lenses are designed to withstand impact as well as being thin, lightweight, and comfortable. Along with being able to withstand impact they are also polarized, UVA, and UVB protection from sun rays. All of our lenses have a scratch resistant coating to help with normal wear and tear. 

Are your sunglasses polarized?

All of our lenses are polarized. Along with UVA and UVB protection.

Can I put a prescription in my glasses?

All of our sunglasses are suitable for a low - moderate prescription. Please seek professional advice. Currently we do not sell prescription glasses.

How do I care for my Blue Eye sunglasses?
  • Store your glasses when you’re not wearing them. We provide you with a hard case to keep your sunnies well protected. Do not keep your sunglasses in high intense heat, (ex. Leaving sunglasses on the dash of the car in the summer.) Intense heat will cause damage to your
    sunglasses. 

  • When cleaning your lenses, please use your Blue Eye lens cloth. NEVER use tissues, paper towels, or even napkins to dry or clean your lens. This could possibly scratch the lens. 

Returns

Do you take returns?

Blue Eye is happy to offer full returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please initiate a return here.

Once approved, return shipping is buyer responsibility - you may purchase a shipping label from us or please purchase a label with tracking through your preferred carrier. 

Please note Blue Eye is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of being marked delivered for a full refund back onto the original payment method.

Returns initiated after 7 business days will be issued a store credit.

After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of wear.

Damages and other issues?

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to find a solution. Please include photos (if applicable) to expedite the process.
